I hope someone out there can help me.

I had a second baby back in August last year. I put on just under 4 stone during my pregnancy. I've lost over 2½ stone but the rest just isn't budging. I was big to start with and am so depressed that I can't shift the rest. I'm not over-eating, a little more exercise wouldn't go a miss but finding the time for this is difficult. I try and walk where possible.

During my pregnancy I was really uncomfortable in the never never regions and after the birth it was discovered that I had a split pubic bone. That seems to have healed ok but now my knees and toes really when getting up from sitting and I can't walk too long a distance. When I get up in the morning my toes on one foot are almost numb. Could this be to weakened bones due to PCOS. I've heard that PCOS can contribute to osteoporosis. I'm going for an xray soon to see if that shows up anything.

Do you have any suggestions for the lack of weight loss? Although I have PCOS the only symptoms I appear to have are weight gain and before the birth of my baby my periods were non-existent for 14 months. I had 3 regular periods, after seeing a homeopath who gave me agnus castus as treatment for 6 months. Since the baby I've had 3 regular periods and hopefully will get a fourth.

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
