vaniqa

I've been prescribed Vaniqa and my insurance won't cover it, because it is classifed with the FDA as "cosmetic". Even with a PCOS diagnosis the insurance company won't pay for it. It doesn't seem like they should be able to exclude it from coverage. Has anyone else had this problem?
