Hi, if your boyfriend really loves you, he will marry you even if you have PCOS. You shouldn't keep this from him though. If you want him to keep trusting you, you should keep all forms of communication open, if even talking about PCOS can sometimes be painful. He might be more hurt if he finds out after you are married that you have it, than before, because he might think that you just didn't trust him enough. Think of his feelings on this as well. You want to do what might be best. There have been people who have successfully conceived having PCOS, so don't give up hope yet. I on the other hand am not one of those as of yet, even though I did have my period in December for the first time without pills in a year and a half, and I finally ovulated as well on my own. As long as there is a God, miracles do happen. I hope this helps. ............Susan
