I've been on 100mg/day of spironolactone and my acne hasn't gotten any better so I'm thinking of stopping it. Have I given it enough time to work? I've also been taking 200 mg/day of minocin. My skin has gotten so dry I think it's making me clog even more due to the spiro. Any advice?
