Robin/Michelle,
I also know how both of you feel. I am now currently 130lbs overweight
- and it just keeps on coming. Reproductive Endo .....been there and he
was more concerned about my "OBESITY" and begged me not to become
pregnant until I lost some weight! He was of no help as well as my
regular Endo.....he didn't believe in putting anyone on medication -
felt the "obesity" side of it was cosmetic ..as well as the skin tags
and excess facial hair. Robin, if you do go to one of the above - prior
to possibly wasting your time - I would ask questions in advance - ask
the doctor to call you back - get a Dr who is sensitive to PCOS.
Otherwise you can end up like me - all I got out of it was plain
ignorance. Best of luck to you. Staceylynne
