Michelle, I had to take prometrium over the summer since I did not get
my period for 67 days. It worked, but it made me feel a little
depressed. I only had to take it for about 5 days. I took 2 pills a
day, 200 mg. each. It is supposed to be more natural than provera. Do
not take it if there is any chance that you might be pregnant. Make
sure of that. If you are not pregnant, it should be perfectly safe to
take. You cannot try to conceive while on prometrium. Hope this is
helpful. Eileen.
