Hi, Sorry it took me so long to answer this - I haven't been checking the board much lately. Anyway, for a good pcos doctor in central NJ - she isn't a specialist, but I see Dr. Nicole Pilevsky at the clinical building at Robert Wood Johnson. She is very understanding and cooperative. She knows the right tests and meds and is willing to prescribe them, (of course based on your specific case). Not to mention she is a real person, and talks to you, not at you. I highly recommend her - in fact I'm seeing her today. I used to live in central jersey, but even though I moved to north jersey, I still go down there to see her. Good luck.
