Hi Jennifer, Home pregnancy trests have never worked for me when they are supposed to because I ovulate late in my cycle. I have always had to wait that extra week to retest or go to the Doctor for a HCG blood test which can show a pregnancy immediately...maybe you should call your Doctor for this blood test just to be sure. I have probably spent thousands of dollars on those darn HPT's in the past 2 years untill I wised up and just call my Doctor now for an HCG test. I have also had false positives with HPT's and One false Negative this past year...So I really dont think they are as reliable as the manufactures clain they are...and having PCOS makes are cycles screwy anyhow. Happy Holidays and Good Luck!! Dona
