Lisa, has anyone gotten back to you? I also 'do the bleed' aand am right now for the last 3 months. What has worked for me to stop the heavy flow -g etting help from oriental medicine. Most accupunturists also pratice chinese medicine. ive been hospitalized for the heavy bleed several times in the last 15 years...with docs baffled at what to do-most of them swearing i was miscarrying! --- rediculous notion when i wasnt having sex or had sex for several years. finally a D&C worked for awhile. then a few years later a hard bleed happened and, didnt want to do the 'we dont know what's happening' again, tried some herbs a friend who was in school for chinese medicine gave...i stopped w/in an hour....i took two pills and she burned an herb on my big toe---a bit bizzare but, it worked. right now ive had a slow intermitten leak and dont see the need to do the Heavy bleed remedy...it shouldnt be done often i understand.

please feel free to write me about this...i am newly diagnosed, yet, as you've read a long sufferer. your cyster, tracey
