I'm in the same predictament as you! I finished accutane in March..broke out the whole time and after. Then went back on minocin, retin a, cleocin to no avail..In August went on metformin for 2 months..no luck. Then 10 weeks ago went on 100 mg of spironolactone..It started to work but now not that well and I'm wondering also if increasing the dosage would help! So far I've been thru 3 cycles, 14 days, then 24 days, then 28 days..so irregular bleeding hasn[t been a problem..but wondered if increasing dosage would be a problem as far as cycles.
