Hi I am about to start gluc. myself. I know there will be stomach sickies as you mentioned and its diff for everyone. but just out of curiosity, how long did it last for you? and how bad would you say it was?

also, did you do 500/day for a week, then 1000/day next week and then 1500/day the next? i have read that is the easiest plan...
