Re: How do you low carb as a vegetarian? Please Advise!

I am not a strict vegetarian-i eat fish eggs, milk etc.., but i have
been managing alright. I have simply shifted to more complex
carbohydrates. Instead of following a diet ,per se, i generally try to
keep to the lower end of the glycemic index. I eat whole grains, brown
rice etc.. i have lost almost 20lbs and am very close to being merely
overwieght as opposed to obese(hey, it is a small triumph for me). I
have been taking these approach since august and been pretty consistent
about exercising. if you like following a diet, you might take a look
