I forgot to mention...

Yes, these treatments that we are on is meant to help us better utilize our insulin and thus metabolize food better. But does anyone know what will happen when you stop taking these drugs? Will one start to gain weight again easily? I only want to be on Glucophage for 4 months. After that, I want to try and control my resistance through diet and exercise. Has anyone been successful at controlling their PCO without medication?

Sometimes I get very anxietious (sp?) about living with PCO "after Glucophage."
