My RE has me on 500 mg twice a day. I recently went through IVF - my RE says he is going to stop Metformin after +ve pregnancy test. I had become pregnant in August, got off Metformin right after +ve pregnancy test and miscarried 8 days later. I am really scared. I have also been mildly spotting on and off for the past three days. I am also on 600 mg of progesterone suppositories and BA. Please tell me what is usually done with metformin dosage after pregnancy.
