Hi Vickie - Here is something that you might look into. You didn't mention how old you are, but I have several friends and family that get to their mid to late 30's and start having more frequent periods and bleeding in-between them. Have you asked your doctor about reducing the medication you are on?

Also, it might be useful to see if the other bleeding is actually a cycle or something else. There are several medical reasons for the additional bleeding, but the doctor will have to determine the cause. One friend of mine had excessive bleeding and it turned out to be a benign polyp in her uterus. She had a D&C procedure to remove it and is now fine. Not meaning to scare you or anything, but I think you should have the doctor check it out. There are lots of causes and only the dr. can determine what it is. I hope this is helpful to you and hope that you find the answer very soon. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Good Luck to you and let us know what you find out. Maybe someone else has the same concerns.

Thanks, Ruth ;-)
