I'm having the same problem as you are. . . I'm on met 500 x 3 and I
have a terrible time keepign up with my lunch pill =( I'm calling my doc
today (and hopefully will actually be able to speak to her..*grumble*..)
and ask her if she can switch my dosage to 750 two times a day, or up me
to 1000 twice a day. I know this wasn't much help - but it's good to
know i wasn't the only one in this boat =)
blessed be,

I noticed that some gals on this list were taking 850 twice a day, so in October, I asked my doctor about changing to that. He suggested that I try 500mg twice a day to see if that was enough.

I was thinking of trying two 500mg in the am and one in the pm, cause the mid day dose is always the hardest for me to keep up with.
