Black Cohosh Anyone?

I have done some researching on the web and found a few studies that state that Black Cohosh (herbal remedy) lowers LH levels. The high LH levels account (supposedly) for the higher miscarriage rate for PCOS patients. Has anyone tried this? I have also heard about PCOS ladies using Chastetree Berry (also called Vitex), but this raises LH and Progesterone. Anyone got any experience with either of these? I'm on the Metformin (for several months) and still no periods. I have had 3 miscarriages and I am trying to find out more aobut it. Any info would be helpful! Thanks! Ruth ;-)
