My doctor said it's not one of the more effective drugs for this, so others are usually used for blood pressure control. My guess would be that it's causing enough of a difference in your vascular system that it could be triggering your migraines. (Aren't they usually considered to be triggered by such changes?) As with any noticable problem when taking a medication, check with your doctor! Best of luck!
