I know your letter was written a while ago. My ?: Atkins helped for a while (didn't know at the time that I had PCOS), but now it doesn't. Did you find that you needed to go on Met as well as stay on a lo carb diet? Also, I have fibromyalgia, so it can sometimes be very hard to exercise regularly!
