I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. Have been trying for a baby now for ages and of course am sick to death with doctors and nurses jabbing me and having a good look around my internals. I have tried Clomid 6 times (needless to say without success)& Puregon (was taken off that because of it repeatedly not working). The latest miracle was to have my ovaries drilled and let me tell you if you haven't had it done, that was no fun. That was in May 2000 and I haven't had a period since (I an truly the envy of all the women I work with when I tell them that! I haven't told them about the shares I've bought in Immac!). I have now gone private and my appointment is tomorrow at the QE in Birmingham. I need to talk to someone about what I can expect next.
