First...there are two Shelly's on here, I'm one with the extra "E" in her name. I don't believe I'm the one needing the "defending" because I try to post positive and encouraging things. But...to be fair....PCOS does a roller coaster ride with our emotional systems. At times, outside factors will aggravate an already difficult situation to the point we may feel "snappy" and irritable. This doesn't mean we should go around biting each other's heads off....but because we ARE compassionate women, perhaps we could be a little more understanding and perhaps ask "WHY" someone posts something that is a bit less than encouraging.....maybe SHE needs some encouragement herself that day. I know, for myself, when I'm the most unagreeable is actually when I need the most love and acceptance. Just a thought.
