I'm a first soprano and since dx of pcos, not had a problem with my voice changing. However, many years ago (10 yrs before my dx), I dropped an entire octave for almost a solid year. I *could not* figure it out, and my range (up to a high A) eventually came back. You might want to check it out with an ENT, just to make sure that nothing else is going on. Good luck!
