I am also fair skinned and dark course hair. I have tried elecrolysis and had no success. The laser has worked wonders for me. I stings, but does not hurt and so far...I have had 2 treatments and it has left no kind of scarring or blistering. I have gone from having to shave my face every day to maybe every couple of days after only 2 treatments. I was the best decision I could have made. The only draw back...it can be very costly.
