Hi Gyna,

I was on Met for about a year and it changed my system enough that I lost about 50 pounds without really dieting or any other lifestyle changes. However, I eventually started having the severe intestinal side effects to the point I was too miserable to have a life, so I told the doctor I will NOT take it any more. Since then, I've regained about 30 pounds, although I admit I don't eat the way I should.
