I have been on 1000mg per day of Met , since June. I am doing fine with that dosage. My cycles are regular now (were 70+ days before met), I have lost 30lbs, and I feel 90% better! My doctor wants me to be on Met for 6 months - to help "regulate me" and then we will start to try to conceive - I will let you know what happens!! :-) I think the dosage is a personal thing - and what each of us responds to - is different. I have been low-moderate carbing and walking 3-4 times ever week. I think this helps too. :-) Lisa
