Maybe your 'normal' hormones are kicking in - could it be pms? All the things you mention are what I suffer from before my periods. The only thing which keeps me halfway sane is for me to keep saying to myself 'hang in there, this too will pass'. I am on eostregen for emdometrial hyperplasia, and it is making the symptems so much worse. Are you on any other hormones?

All I can say aside from that is hold on. Treat yourself to a massage or a long bath with lavender and mandarin oils. Do something just for yourself. And speak to your Doctor. Let him know how you are feeling.

Big hugs.
