Eileen,

The whole change of life was very difficult for me, but Avandia can cause weight gane if not used properly. I am currently on 100 carb low fat diet, I do Richard Simmons work out and I really like it. I had to change pretty much everything I eat, yes less bread hardly no posta, and :o( one of the hardest things for me to give up was my pop!!!

I feel alot better though and I hope you have as much luck...
