To Kristina re avandia, metformin, weight loss

Kristina, That is good news to hear! Metformin did not help me much, but
I could not take much either--just 500 mg. without a lot of pain and
stuff. I hope the Avandia works better, but I'm a little worried
because one woman said she actually gained 30 lbs. on met and avandia.
I am curious: What specific diet plan are you on, or did you go to a
nutritionist, etc.? Do you mostly avoid bread and sugar and stuff like
that? Thanks for the encouragement, it means so much! Eileen.
