Previous message: anonymous: "Thank you, Joan and 'razputin'..." My appetite has been totally reversed!! I have no trouble controlling portion sizes and I truly am satisfied eating a smaller amount. The only side effect has been a little insomnia, but I believe that is complicated by the fact that I work a swing shift--evenings and nights. I have excellent energy--not really tired in spite of the insomnia. I have lost three pounds so far this week.
