Hi Simon There used to be a message board or maybe it was a list-serv that was called PCOS Natural. I was on it for a while, because I am interested in Alternatives, herbs and vitamins and such, but the moderator of that list didn't want anyone to even bring up the subject of Rx meds, only discuss alternative therapies, and since I am diabetic, of course I am on meds as well as suppliments. Maybe someone here can tell you how to find that list, I haven't been there in a while. If no one has it, I will do some digging in my archives for you. Cindi
