As far as Met goes, everyone's experience is different. If you read through the archives, you will see good and bad. I have been on it for almost a month and haven't had any real problems. I have been tired and had some headaches, and some gas. No real stomach problems though. The tricky part for me has been realizing that I HAVE to eat at least 3 meals a day, that I have to eat carbs, but not too many. It has been hard to figure out what the best diet for me is going to be. I would say to just realize that you might be feeling bad for a few weeks, but most people agree that it gets better.

Good Luck,
