Hi!

I am glad to have found this place and that someone has address this issue as I was also taking Ortho Tricyclen. I just had a period and I haven't started back. It just seems that everytime I start on the pill that I gain weight. No matter how lo dose they are!! My Gyno tells me that it is because of increased appetite so just watch it, but it isnt. Maybe the fumes from the little plastic pack they come in is doing it. Makes as much sense as his theory!!

As far as the hair growth... My gyno started me on Casodex, which has helped the hair to become softer and finer. I am not having to pluck as much as before, and it even seems like my legs to do not have to be shaved as much. Also, I did notice that this last cycle on the Tricyclen I didn't have the usually two pimples. And my skin has not been as oily, but I attribute that to some other problems I am having that I don't think are related to the pcos. But they might be. This is getting kinda long and I will address those symptoms in another post. Us cysters!!! We have some weird things going on!! Lol...

Thanks for all the info!
