I know it's scary getting on meds, when my doctor first found that I had insulin resistance, before I was dx with PCOS she wanted to put me on Rezulin, I didn't know anything about this drug and was afraid to take it, so I didn't Im glad I didn't, but now I am taking Avandia and it has been great my Dr does a liver test every three months, and monitors my progress. You should talk to your dr about your concerns and ask him to explain all the side effects, maybe that will help you feel better. Just remember that without the meds your condition could worsen..

I wish you luck Kristina Keen On Sun, 8 Oct 2000 16:10:57 -0500 MsKvetche@aol.com (Elaine) writes: > Is there anyone out there that can tell me any good stories on how
