From what I understand this dosage is what works best for some ladies and others are on 200 mg. I'm sitting on 50 mg (I think that there are a couple of others on the list that are taking that dosage) but I think that I'm going to have to ask my dr to up my dosage. I've been sitting on 50 mg for almost 6 months. I will just have to be patient about that b/c maybe it will kick in again and I will lose weight again. I may also ask my dr what she thinks about me being on Metformin. I do hope that this is of some help to you.
