I am trying the low carb thing and I seem to be expeiriencing
the exact oposite. I am totally cutting out carbs and I have to
go to the washroom a great deal but painless for a change!
Also I am expieriencing a huge amount of excess energy. So
much so that people are commenting that I cannot seem to re
lax? Wow if the low carbs don't make me lose weight the
energy will/ Still not sure about this diet though.
