******************* Victoria,

I've heard that some doctors are using a combination of Glucophage (Metformin) and either Actos or Avandia for cases that are a little more difficult to get regulated. Do you take Spironolactone/Aldactone for the excess hair/male pattern baldness issues?

****************** 5'7" and 160 lbs doesn't really sound like that much of a problem.....however, each person's body is different and some women become

infertile with just 20 extra pounds while others can be 200 pounds overweight and still be fertile! I deal with a lot of the excess tiredness and depression too......as do several of the women in my Indiana Chapter of PCOSupport. They definitely seem to be linked to PCOS. *sigh* ISn't there ANYTHING GOOD about this horrid mess???? Like, couldn't we at least be more prone to pick winning lottery numbers or something?

Hugs,

Shelley
