I do not know about anyone else, but when I started the Adkins diet it made me sick as a dog. Stopping EVERY single carb intake did not work for me. I was weak, I had stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, headaches, the shakes, etc... When I went off adkins it was almost as bad. Then I

decided to do the Smedley Diet :) In other words I limited the aount of certain carbs, and I did not eat any of other carbs. Started srinking gallons of water, and stopped drinking caffeine. I have felt a lot better since I started doing this. Hope this helps.
