Thank you all for your encouragement and insight. I finally did get everything sent to me from the Gynocologist after paying $65 for my medical records & plan on taking to the new doctor. I'm very much hoping that this RE will be open minded and willing to treat the PCOS. I can't understand the "god complex" that some of these doctors present. I'm not a stupid woman, I have a degree, a good career, single & own my own home yet get told that my symptoms are due to "poor lifestyle choices".... because I chose to ask questions? This man screamed at me in front of 3 nurses, 2 file clerks & a room full of patients because I wanted to know more. I appreciate everyone's guidance and advice. Thanks again. Kimberly >
>How horrible for you. I would be polite and up front and inform your new Doctor that you plan to be an active participant in your treatment, that you will have a lot of questions, and are looking for her to provide the answers. If she is not open to that, I would look for a new Doctor. You have every right to be informed and it is their duty to provide it.
