I have been on 1500 mg for about a month and the stomach problems have gotten better. I still go frequently, but don't let yourself be under the umbrella of all symptoms that others have. I have not had nausea, but I have been alittle tired. I am getting ready to go back on carb addicts diet, but I have been eating everything I want lately and have lost about a pound a week?!? Just lucky, but I know that won't last. I feel different - my skin is smoother and I notice little things about myself that seem better on glucophage. I just started spironolactone this week, and it has helped the runs, it can cause constipation, so the two together have made me "normal" in the potty department. Good luck with it, I don't feel bad enough to stop using it. I am sorry that some people could not tolerate it but don't let the above message scare you - you have to try it and decide if the good outweighs the bad for you. Jeri > >
