Yes Jenn, I have changed my diet. For the most part I've been following Carbohydrates Addicts Diet. It seems to be the one that works for me. I take recipes that I like and see if they'll adjust to no or low carb too. (for example my cheesy tuna noodle casserole lost it's noodles, and I still love the flavor) - as for excercise I sweat to the oldies with Richard Simmons. Im also very fortunate to live very near the Blue Ridge Parkway so I take to the trails up there just to photograph and enjoy the scenery, it almost makes me forget I'm excercising. I had a lull during my 3rd month on Met but when I hit month 4 everything just seemed to kick in again. It's a lot of work but its very exciting that its actually producing results, whereas before, it didn't matter what I did those nasty pounds just kept chasing after me - and eventually catching me!! But I wish you luck whatever route you take! Susan J
