Jenn, honey.... don't let that last post scare the hell out of you! lol, You may or may not have the stomach pain she described. I noticed an IMMEDIATE improvement on how I felt ie; more energy, no mood swings, not hungry, started sleeping through the night etc. I admit I had the trots in the beginning but certainly nothing that couldn't be handled with a little immodium, and I know I'm not alone here. Granted I know some of the ladies here have not tolerated it well at all and have had to stop taking it because it made them sick but it just depends on the person taking it. Don't be nervous, just give it a chance... you aren't necessarily doomed to a horrible experience with it. GOOD LUCK! Susan J.
