dear jenn, when i started metformin i experiece some sudden diarhea, carry immodium it stops that, some fatigue, take naps and schedule at bedtime, a little nausea, take zantac, all of this subsided after my body got used to metformin, this drug has great possibilities to help your pcos suffering, if you can put up with side affects it is worth it..... hang in there..... give Met. a chance, its not all that bad, everyone responds diferently........connie j.
