I also have low blood pressure (90/70) and have been on Spiro for a little over 2 months. I have carefully monitored my BP and it has had no effect on it at all. As far as hair growth goes... I have had a pretty severe hair problem for about 20 years (I'm 41) and in just 2 months I have seen a drastic reduction in my facial and body hair. I also had darkening under the hair due to androgen reaction and that is clearing up nicely. I wish someone had given me this drug years ago. I have had no adverse reactions at all and I generally have a very sensitive system. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. -- Susan E.
