dear becky, beauty is within..... i hope you will feel better about yourself. the word ugly should go with dead things..... not an alive young woman. i know how it feels to feel this way.... always i was told negative things and believed them.... i met a wonderful man 14 years ago, not expecting to be interested in him.... he has faults too...... but he sees inner beauty i can not see..... i find a smile brightens my face, so smile at yourself, find humor in yourself, people look for others for humor and encouragement, start with yourself...... this board holds alot of encouragement from woman who have pcos, the archives are great, Bless you.... :) connie j.
