You have some really good questions.. There isn't a cure for PCOS, just suppression. I take Avandia, and have had some reaction to it. I haven't been on it long enough to tell you weather or not it regulates my periods. I do know that I can feel a difference in my body and the way it is working. I am a stron believer that different things work for different people, I was on Actos before and it didn't do anything for me, but there are women who it has helped tremendously. Hope this helps!
