Is there ANY alternative to BCP's to regulate Periods?

I have been on Met. for 2 months now, and four days after starting it,
I had a period- (hadn't had one for several months). My period was due
over a month ago, and nothing.
I had a preg. test just to make sure- neg. of course.
I wanted to find out if there was some magic pill I can take to reguate
my period, besides BCP's.
I am trying homeopathic meds as well- dong quai, and vitex- for 3 weeks,
nothing yet there either.
PLEASE< if you have any suggestions...
