It is great to hear so many success stories I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and started on Met. only one week ago I have all of the classic symptoms+ I can actually say I feel a little better already even though I'm only up to 1000mg daily so far I hope to lose some of the 30-40lbs that I've put on in the past 3years with no periods... I tried the Dr. Atkins diet one time and it made me sick maybe if I just reduce my carbs slowly it will work for me too. How long did it take anyone to feel GOOD and start to lose the excess weight and other symptoms?
