I may not be a stunning example of exercising however, I've been pretty good of late. Here's what works for me. First doing something that I enjoy (or at least don't dislike) and finding something convenient. I avoid things that require specific weather conditions -to easy to skip. Now, I go to the gym(around the corner) in the morning and I am not a morning person, but the job is done early and I can focus on the day and only take one shower a day! Also learning I was IR and knowing that exercise really affects glucose metabolism directly has helped. My insulin is close to normal now with dietary changes regular activity and a low dose of Avandia. Also I aim to exercise 7 days a week but am happy if I do it 5 days a week. I try to be gentle with myself. Good Luck
