Connie - I find one of the things that, for some reason, really clicked with me and keeps me motivated is this. I started a list of things that made me uncomfortable or that I hated not being able to do, and I post it where I have to look at it everyday. I want to be able to eventually be able to cross every thing off that list when I accomplish it. Some are simple, some are less simple. Some of the things on the list include... 1) Not feeling like I need a crowbar when I get in airline seats, stadium seats, or restaurant booths 2) Not having to walk past all the stylish clothing on my way to the plus sizes which for some reason have every bit of style sucked out as the clothes get larger 3) I want to be able to go to a Christmas party with my husband without feeling like the chubbyfrumpy wife. 4) I want to go to my next high school reunion 5) I want to stop avoiding cameras! 6) I want to be able to get on the floor and play with the children I WILL be having one of these days ;-)) (and live long enough to see them grow up) . Anyway, you get the idea, I have way too many reasons on my list to type in but I look at it every single day and decide how important it is that I accomplish these things and it puts things in perspective. You just need to find your trick, and it IS hard. Hang in there and know we're here for ya!! Oh yeah.... I WANNA BE ABLE TO TUCK MY SHIRT IN!! lol.... whew feel better now that I got that out! I'm sure you'll get some great tips from the boards here! Susan J
