I would just like to say that I am in total agreement with the misunderstandings that insurance companies have about PCOS. I am so fortunate to have a wonderful doctor who is fighting tooth and nail with my insurance company to get me the proper treatment I need, but the fighting has paid off my insurance has agreed to pay for Avandia the medication I am on even though it is not on the preferred perscription plan on my insurance. She has also managed to get them to pay for routine visits every three months, wich they did not want to pay for in the beginning. I could not have asked for a better blessing in my life, for I to am so scared of the outcome if PCOS if untreated. Keep fighting everyone!!!!
